birdev.in describes BIRD’s services and lets you send us an enquiry. Information on the site is general. It is not a quotation, an offer or a contract. Work is agreed only in a written estimate or contract signed by both sides.

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate details. We will try to reply quickly, but sending an enquiry does not oblige either of us to go ahead with a project. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Login is with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. What you can see depends on the role BIRD gives your account.

• Use your account only for its intended purpose.
• Do not try to access records, areas or accounts you have not been given.
• Do not share information from the CRM outside BIRD without permission.

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these terms or puts the site at risk.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or unlawful content through its forms.

The BIRD name, logo, text and design of this site belong to BIRD or are used with permission. Photographs are used under their licences. You may share links to the site, but not copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BIRD is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kokrajhar, Assam.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
